When the world shut down in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the corporate world as we knew it changed drastically. Businesses closed their doors, employees learned how to work from home, and those looking for a change made moves toward entrepreneurship. Melanie Whipple Ramos, a Florida resident, was among those affected by the pandemic and was in search of a viable solution to her furlough from Disney.
