We appreciate the opportunity to establish relationships with people looking for a unique franchise opportunity. Usually, after filling out our franchise application and speaking with us on the phone, people will schedule a “discovery day.” These days are used to highlight the key aspects of the business and to tour 1-3 estate sales in the Raleigh, NC area. We will also introduce you to other franchisees, schedules permitting. Overall, your cost of entry will be determined based on population desired. With interest in pursuing the franchise opportunity, candidates are given a copy of our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
Franchise Fee
The initial franchise fee range is $24,500 - $57,000 for a population base of 250,000-400,000 with ongoing royalties between 5%-7.5% of gross sales. This fee includes extensive training, marketing materials and customized IT work. After signing the FDD, extensive classroom and field experience of 2-4 weeks awaits.
