Blue Moon Estate Sales of Northern Virginia was formed in 2016 with owner Toby Affuso at the helm. Toby brings a lot to the table. She understands the stress that can come along with downsizing belongings and she is happy to take that load off of her clients with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. 

Toby brings 20 years of experience in real estate marketing and communications. Prior to her estate sale career, she successfully managed large portfolios, consistently exceeding her clients’ goals. She is an expert at tailoring marketing strategies and campaigns, and leverages a full range of tools and techniques including social media, print advertising and face-to-face marketing. Her experience, high energy and communication skills make up the cornerstone of her success.
